Michael McMahan serves as a dedicated Field Supervisor, bringing over a decade of experience to his role. He has been an integral part of the team for 12 years, building his professional foundation from an entry-level position in the concrete field and working his way up through hard work and dedication. 

In his current position, Michael’s main responsibilities involve overseeing field operations and acting as the primary problem solver, particularly noted for his effective work resolving challenges at the KMH project. He takes pride in his practical, hands-on approach to leadership. His favorite aspect of the job is the camaraderie and collaboration with his teammates. 

A proud native of Bardstown, a place he loves for its “Bourbon Country” charm, Michael is a true country boy at heart. When he’s not on the job site, you can likely find him indulging in his favorite hobbies: hunting and fishing.
